All payments must be made via paypal, only trusted or frequent customers may use other payment means.
Prices are only negotiable under specific situations; otherwise prices are not to be haggled.
I reserve full right to deny a commission, all being a case by case basis.
Refunds are possible but I'm willing to do as many revisions needed to art to make satisfactory.
